Death Cafe
What if we had a space where conversations about death weren’t whispered, avoided, or rushed past… but welcomed with curiosity, compassion, and honesty?
We’re hosting a Death Café. A community gathering where people come together over tea, coffee, and conversation to talk openly about death, dying, grief, and what it means to live fully.
Whether you’ve experienced loss, work in caregiving, are curious about end-of-life topics, or simply want to reflect on life more deeply, you are welcome here.

Clinical Conversations Webinar: Sexuality, Trauma, & Healing
Trauma can shape how individuals experience connection, vulnerability, and intimacy—yet many clinicians receive little training on how to address sexuality and sexual relationships in therapy.
The Clinical Conversations Webinar Series brings together clinicians and a licensed sex therapist to explore the complex intersection of trauma, intimacy, and mental health treatment.
This professional training provides insight into how trauma affects the nervous system, relational dynamics, and sexual functioning while offering guidance for clinicians navigating these conversations in therapeutic settings.
Coffee, Connection, & Collaboration
Join us for Coffee, Connection & Collaboration, a community gathering designed to bring together local leaders, service providers, nonprofit organizations, and community members who are passionate about strengthening mental health and wellness resources in our community.
Hosted by Trauma Informed Restoration Group (TIRG), this event creates space to connect, share ideas, and explore meaningful partnerships that support individuals, families, and communities through trauma-informed care, education, and collaborative action.
Community Clothing Swap
TIRG Wellness Hub is hosting a community clothing swap focused on sustainability, accessibility, and mutual support. Participants can bring gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories to share, or attend to take what they need in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. This event promotes waste reduction, community connection, and dignified access to everyday essentials. Open to all sizes and styles, with remaining items donated to local partners.
The Color Jam
Color Jam: Paint the Sound
What happens when you stop trying to make “good art” and just let the music move you?
Color Jam is a guided expressive art experience where rhythm becomes your inspiration and color becomes your language. As music fills the space from calming to energizing beats you’ll paint what you feel as you respond to sound instead of overthinking the canvas.
No technique. No critique. No pressure to perform.
Just a space to explore creativity, release stress, and reconnect with yourself (and others) through shared experience.
You don’t need to be an artist.
You just need curiosity.
What to Expect
